NHC is a professionally managed company, promoted by a first generation entrepreneur in 1960; the promoters play a key role in the management of the company, although, the day to day functioning of the company is entrusted to professionals.
 Late Himatlal Shah :
He was the founder promoter of NHC. His family had been in the business of agro based commodities for a generation prior to him. He brings forth a vast experience and the company has grown from strength to strength under his able guidance and leadership. He continues to provide strategic guidance and oversees the unique attributes of NHC’s growth.
 Mr. Apoorva Shah :
He is the second generation leader and has been instrumental in expanding the trade to international horizons and charting out new territories. He has been responsible for creating the brand images of NHC’s Product lines. He is also responsible for infusing ‘Professionalism’ and ‘Technical Expertise’ into NHC. He is involved in the day to day affairs of NHC and is Responsible for the expansion of NHC into an ‘End-to End’ Food Processing Company
 Mrs. Alpa A. Shah :
She looks after the Export Sales (Retail Segment). She is responsible for the development of Retail Sales in overseas Malls & Super Markets located in various countries internationally. She has put considerable contribution towards NHC’s growth in relatively short span. She is also involved in day to day activities of the company and key managerial decisions. She is assisted by a team of experts in selecting the right product at right price.
